If you are importing your iDevice (i.e; iPhone, iPad, iPod), you have to unlock the phone/device to use network in Bangladesh. Apple released new devices with newer iOS (iPhone Operating System) as well as you can update your iOS to latest version using iTunes in order to get maximum feature available in your iDevice. Thus in either case, user have to check if the device is jailbreakable and/or unlockable.
