If u face problems mentioned below on your phone1.Unable to boot (switch on) the phone,blank screen.

- press & hold these 3 keys-GREEN DIAL KEY + *(star key) + 3(NUMBER KEY).
- Remember,hold till you see a formating word shows.
- After formating your phone will back to 'factory setting' state.
For Nokia N97, keys are "SHIFT+Space Bar+Backspace" and hold power key until phone restarts and "handshaking" screen appears.
For Nokia touch phone:
- Turn off the phone
- Press "Green+Red+Camera" together
- Press and hold until handshaking screen appears.
